• Easy to assemble. The kit comes complete with shells and powder/confetti packets. Hold one shell and carefully add the powder/confetti into it and close with the other half.

• Powder is non-toxic (made out of flour) and dye is food-grade flour-based. The biodegradable powder is safe for humans and the environment.
