Refunds, returns, and exchanges
All goods are sold and packed as per description listed and invoiced. Returns will only be accepted within 7 days of invoice date.

Whyalla cake supplies can not be held responsible for acts of god, war, strikes, lockouts and events caused by the current health situation.

We reserve the right to substitute a product if required due to stock shortage or stock unavailability. Defective items will be replaced or if deemed to be damaged in transit.

If unavailable, the invoice amount will be credited. No claim will be permitted where the goods have been marked, soiled or incorrect purchase choice made at sale point.
